1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "naseebet", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the naseebet platform and all affiliated entities responsible for delivering the services described herein.
• "Platform" means the naseebet website accessible at naseebet.bio, any associated mobile-optimised pages, and all software, tools, games, and services made available through those channels.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered a naseebet account or who accesses any part of the Platform, whether or not they have completed registration.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player following successful registration on the naseebet Platform.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, slot titles, payment processing, and customer support functions offered by naseebet.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed by a Player through the Platform on any game or sporting event.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, cashback award, or matched deposit bonus credited to a Player's Account under a naseebet promotion.
• "Real Funds" means Pakistani Rupees (PKR) deposited directly by the Player via a supported payment method and held in the Player's Account balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity, age, and source-of-funds checks.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the naseebet Platform, creating an Account, or placing a Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their current version, together with the naseebet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all interactions with the Platform, whether accessed via a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other compatible device. naseebet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice posted on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The naseebet Platform is intended for adult players only. To register and use the Platform you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age minimum applies to all players regardless of city or region — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, or elsewhere.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or trustee for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of naseebet or its affiliated technology and gaming suppliers.
• You do not currently have an existing naseebet Account that has been suspended or permanently closed by us for breach of these Terms.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

4. Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the naseebet Platform. Duplicate accounts — including multiple accounts created under different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment method identifiers — are strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held within them.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times by notifying us via the naseebet support team of any changes.

naseebet reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or payment method verification — at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account details. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your naseebet Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

naseebet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from naseebet and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

• You must notify naseebet immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• All Wagers and transactions made using your Account credentials before you notify us of any security breach are your responsibility.
• naseebet recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available on all Accounts at no charge.
• Use a unique, strong password for your naseebet Account that is not shared with any other online service.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

naseebet supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, and the 1LINK interbank network. All Account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction.
• JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Raast deposits are credited to your naseebet Account balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
• Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK are processed same-day for transfers submitted during banking hours. Transfers submitted outside banking hours will be processed on the next working day.
• naseebet does not charge any processing fee on deposits. Any charges levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control and are your responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit into the same Account, subject to KYC verification requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit under standard conditions; high-value withdrawals above Rs 500,000 may be subject to enhanced due diligence review.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawal requests are processed by naseebet within 15 minutes of submission, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Bank withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM PKT, or on the following business day for requests submitted after that time.
• naseebet does not charge any withdrawal fee. Any charges applied by receiving banks or mobile wallet providers are outside our control.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable KYC documentation has been approved. Submitting accurate documentation promptly avoids delays.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

naseebet offers various promotional incentives to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and event-specific promotions such as PSL cricket specials. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion announcement.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the automatic expiry and removal of the Bonus Funds.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games typically contribute 10–20%, and sports betting contributions vary by market and odds. The contribution rates for each active promotion are published in the promotion's detailed terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus is active may forfeit the existing bonus balance.
• Withdrawal Order: When a Player requests a withdrawal while holding a combination of Real Funds and Bonus Funds, Real Funds are paid out first. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them remain subject to wagering requirements until fully met.
• Abuse Prevention: naseebet reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, withhold associated winnings, and close Accounts where it determines that a Player has abused, exploited, or attempted to circumvent promotion terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, arbitrage strategies, or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play.
• Promotion Modification: naseebet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform before taking effect wherever practically possible.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All Wagers placed on the naseebet Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or betting market in question, which are published within each game or market interface. The following general rules apply across all Services:

• Wagers are final and binding once confirmed by the Platform. naseebet does not accept requests to cancel or amend a Wager after it has been accepted.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or software fault that interrupts a game round or betting transaction, naseebet will investigate the incident and may, at its sole discretion, void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account balance. This is the extent of naseebet's liability in such circumstances.
• naseebet sports betting odds are subject to change at any time before a Wager is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of Wager confirmation are the odds that apply to that Wager.
• In-play (live) betting markets are suspended at the sole discretion of naseebet's trading team. Wagers submitted during a market suspension will be rejected and the stake returned.
• For cricket betting — including PSL, international Tests, ODIs, and T20Is — naseebet follows Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes for weather-affected matches where applicable. Full cricket betting rules are published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.
• naseebet reserves the right to void any Wager placed on a market that was offered in error, including markets with obviously incorrect odds, incorrectly listed participants, or events that have already concluded at the time of placement.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the naseebet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC processes.
• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or undocumented features to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way, including for game play, odds monitoring, or account management.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players in poker, live dealer, or any other game where such collusion would confer an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform to launder money, process proceeds of crime, or facilitate any other financial crime.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction without prior agreement from naseebet. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent Account closure and legal action where warranted.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing naseebet staff, support agents, or other Players through any communication channel.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the naseebet Platform — including but not limited to the naseebet name, logo, trademarks, website design, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of naseebet or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Player acquires any ownership interest in any Platform content by virtue of using the Services.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any naseebet Platform content without prior written authorisation from naseebet. Unauthorised use of naseebet intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

11. Privacy & Data

naseebet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at naseebet.bio/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
• naseebet does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is shared with licensed KYC verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies only to the extent required to deliver the Services or meet legal obligations.
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting our support team, subject to our retention obligations under applicable law.

12. Responsible Gaming

naseebet is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become harmful, and we take our obligations in this area seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players directly within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps in PKR. Changes reducing a limit take effect immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration. You will receive an alert when your session limit is reached and the Platform will prompt you to take a break.
• Reality Check Reminders: Configure periodic pop-up reminders at intervals of your choice (every 30, 60, or 120 minutes) displaying your session duration and net win/loss for the session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period you will not be able to log in or place Wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account and request exclusion from all naseebet marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the minimum period selected.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, naseebet's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

naseebet shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, for any of the following types of loss or damage:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability, maintenance downtime, or technical faults outside naseebet's direct control, including telecommunications network failures, power outages, or third-party payment provider outages.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including security breaches resulting from a Player sharing their Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits naseebet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14. Account Suspension & Closure

naseebet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct in connection with the Platform.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to naseebet.
• The Player has initiated fraudulent payment chargebacks against naseebet.
• The Account is being used by or for the benefit of a person other than the registered Account holder.

In cases of Account closure for breach of Terms, any Real Funds balance held in the Account at the time of closure will be reviewed. Legitimate Real Funds that are not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any investigation. Bonus Funds and winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be forfeited.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the naseebet support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any eligible Real Funds balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

15. Amendments to These Terms

naseebet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights, obligations, or the operation of the Services — we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your Account.

Non-material changes, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law, may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly for all amendments.

If you do not accept a material amendment to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14 before the amendment's effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which naseebet holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and naseebet, Players are encouraged to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution mechanism associated with naseebet's operating licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available from our support team upon request.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
